Bitter Water
Conflick erupts between the Cartwrights and the son of Ben's closest friends when the son threatens to sell
his ranch. Diseased cattle are added to the Cartwright's herd by an unscruplous land baron bent on destroying
the Ponderosa. Panic runs wild when it is discovered that the Cartwrights cattle are infected with the plague.
Known as "Texas Fever", it spreads quickly and can wipe out every  cattle ranch in the valley.

When young Billy's mother dies and it seems that he has no family, the Cartwrights take him in. The boy
insists his father, who he doesn't know is in prison, will come for him. His father along with another convict,
escapes and heads for the Ponderosa to claim his son. Hoss, who has taken Billy under his wing, attempts to
head off the escaped convict, and in a confrontation, kills him. Hoss must face the boy.

Agang of cattle rustlers led by the ruthless Joe Burns (Yakima Canutt) and unscrupulous town banker Frank
McGlynn Jr.) is making life difficult for local ranchers. Hank Mason (Wally Howe) asks his friend Sam Middleton
(Sam Flint) for help, so Middleton sends his son John (John Wayne) to investigate. John arrives to find Mason
missing and the gang controlling the entire town. Imprisoned along with the town's storekeeper, John and
Emmett (Earl Dwire) work together to escape and uncover the real reason behind Carter's treacherous deeds.
Though ensnared in a dangerous web of deceit, John still manages to find time for a song (with vocal talent
provided by Glenn Strange.)
The Man From Utah
There's murder at the rodeo, and Marshal George Higgins (George 'Gabby' Hayes) asks rodeo rider John
Weston (John Wayne) to uncover who is behind the killings. Organizer of the event Spike Barton (Edward Peli
Sr. ) has his eyes on the prize money, and he won't let anything stand in his way to get his hands on it. When
Weston refuses to go along with Barton's enbezzlement plan, and it appears Weston will win the contest,
Barton orders his men to prepare him for the same fate that befell the other riders: a poisoned needle under
Weston's saddle. In this film, Smith Ballew and Jack Kirk provide the singing voices for John Wayne's musical
interludes.

She Came To The Valley
Based om the 1943 novel by Cleo Lawson, Oscar nominated singer-actress Ronee Blakley (Nashville, A
Nightmare On Elm Street) portrays strong willed settler Willy Westall in the true life saga of a pioneer family's
struggle to homestead in South Texas during a time of political conflick in Mexico. Together with her crippled
husband Pat (Dean Stockwell) and tow young daughters (Anna and Jennifer Jones), Willy happily works their
farm in Webb County, Texas, until the family befriends amiable drifter Bill Lester (Scott Glenn) who urges them
to move to the Rio Grande Valley. The Westalls migrate to the budding town of Mission where Willy opens a
general store. All seems well until they discover Lester is a gunrunner sympathetic to the cause of Mexican
revolutionary Pancho Villa (Freddy Fender). Tragedy befalls the family when they becime enbroiled in the
warfare between Villa and the Mexican soldiers who pose as bandits and raid the town in an effort to discredit
the legendary rebel leader.

Aunt Bee's feeling down because her friend Agnes has just passed away. Along comes traveling salesman
Colonel Harvey with his magical "Indian Elixir" that's guarenteed to cure what ails you (it's 85% alcohol). It's a
red letter day in Mayberry when the Church Ladies' Aid Society gets together to take this marvelouse elixir.

Opie has a crush on the new girl at school, Karen. But she's playing very hard to get, so Opie goes and gets
himself another girl; Thelma Loe (Barney's girlfriend). Soon Barney and Opie are competing for Thelma Lou's
attention and fighting over who gets to take her to the duck pond at night.
A Wife For Andy
Things can get kind of lonely sometimes for Andy, being a widower. So Barney decides that it's time to find
Andy a wife among the women of Mayberry. No woman is safe from being marked down on Barney's list of
potential mates. But Andy has some ideas of his own of what he wants in a girl.
The Big House
A gang of dangerous big city bank robbers are coming through town under a police escort. Barney's
determined to show these big city cops and robbers that the Mayberry police means business, and that things
are very tough in "The Big House".
